Tox Info Suisse, initiated in 1966, is a Foundation devoted to Toxicological Information with particular emphasis on Poison Control.
Emergency calls (Phone 145) are being answered 24-hours by physicians who assess every case individually and recommend the appropriate course of action and treatment.
Information collected in this way is continuously being evaluated, helping physicians, public authorities and manufacturers improve the treatment and prevention of poisonings.
