Guidelines on Competition Law
These guidelines address participants in meetings of association committees (employees of the management office and representatives of member companies).
They should prevent these meetings from providing an opportunity for actions that may considerably hamper or remove competition. It is the individual responsibility of the member companies to educate their employees (e.g. via compliance programmes) about competition law and to oblige them to comply with these rules.
The guidelines are not exhaustive. They do not release members from the duty to carefully investigate individual cases of potential anti-competition conduct.
