scienceindustries members can process their state social insurance contributions (old age and survivors insurance AHV, disability insurance IV, income compensation regulations EO) through the association's own cost-efficient Compensation Fund. As this Compensation Fund is familiar with the requirements of the industry, it reduces the administrative burden on members. The Compensation Fund also has much experience in issues relating to the international deployment of staff.
