Syngenta employs some 5,000 people in five global research and development centres who work to ensure the future production of better harvests and products of higher quality. The research centre in Stein is one of Syngenta’s three most important global locations for research and development. In the interview, Regina Ammann explains what she understands by innovation.
Regina Ammann heads Syngenta's Business Sustainability unit in Switzerland. She is responsible for relationships with Swiss stakeholders such as Swiss and cantonal authorities, associations, non-governmental organisations, embassies, some international organisations domiciled in Switzerland and the media, as well as universities and research institutions, except where specific research projects are concerned.
